Do You Offer Parking?
Yes! Parking is available at most locations. Rates are: $1500/year - resident $2000/year non-resident Summer Parking $500 Scooters/Motorcycles $100/yr 1 Madbury Garage: $2500/year - resident $3000/year - non-resident
What is the Lease Period?
Our leases run June 1st to the last week of May. The 2026-2027 lease period will be 6/1/26-5/24/27
